Challenge
LG’s inventory of returned products from several domestic and international locations required repair & refurbishment services; however, the process was costly and inefficient as products were scattered around the world.
Solution 1
Optimized a reverse logistics process and initiated a repair solution by procuring returned products in bulk and facilitating a global return center.

Provided cost-effective, quality repair & refurbishment services to the customer.
Solution 3
Implemented a refurbishment process in which an average of 700+ units are factory reconditioned and remarketed on a monthly basis.
Results
Invictus Globe receives entire RMA’s issued by both LG and Apple globally. Refurbishments are facilitated in Invictus GA return center.
